Penthouse unit description

All penthouse units have a front bedroom with a fantastic view of the ocean from your terrace. There is a 2nd bedroom with a bathroom that overlooks the lagoon. This room has 2  beds. On the 3rd level of this "Penthouse" there is a large private terrace overlooking the lagoon, which is great for full sun tans while enjoying your favorite drink.

Currency: Rates shown are in US Dollars (US) which include cleaning of the condo "EVERY " other day and all taxes . Please note prices are subject to change without notice.

Rate for Pool-view is based on double occupancy.
There is a $10.00 per night fee for each additional person

*** Maximum of 4 guests in Pool-view condo.

Advance reservations are required with a deposit to hold any condo with the balance due upon check in.

A full refund less $200.00 administrative fee will be honored ANYTIME on all cancellations received 30 days in advance of your arrival.

You may change your dates of travel 30 days before arrival to avoid losing your deposit fee which is good for 1 year from original reservation.

Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Master Card, and American Express, thru the certified online "PayPal" service. PayPal is one of the most trusted names in online credit card processing. Your credit card information is never stored by PayPal and subsequently will never fall upon unwanted eyes. You simply make a request for a condo of your choice via our  and we will contact you.
