Play it Smart! Before reserving any condo make sure you know the site that you are reserving from is not a scam. On this page Cancun Condos Online is merely attempting to protect your time and interest by suggesting that you speak to a customer representative before renting from any vacation rental online site. There may be legitimate sites that fall under one or all of the categories listed below but your vacation is too important a decision to take a chance on. So talk to someone if possible before you reserve regardless of the price.

Scam #1 -There will be no legitimate contact number. While some online vacation rental sites may be legitimate and not provide a contact number most of these sites are located in the Eastern part of the world and are simply scams. They use online phone and fax facilities and never offer direct contact. Make sure you speak to a 'live' person before reserving for any vacation. Scam 2: There will be no legitimate physical address. Most scams work through a ghost office as addresses are easily available on rent. Scam 3: They may offer a money back guarantee or amazingly low prices. Work and billing is expensive and most companies may not be able to afford money back guarantees. Scam sites have nothing to lose. They simply use this as a marketing gimmick that charms clients. Yet, in the end the client loses time, effort and money when the site in question does not provide the quality required.	A full refund less $200.00 administrative fee will be honored ANYTIME on all reservations CANCELLED within 30 days of arrival. You may change your dates of travel to avoid losing this fee at least 30 days in advance.

Scam 4: Vacation rental online sites will present themselves awards that have no validity. If you go to a site and see an award that says, "Best Vacation Site of the Year" or something to this effect make sure whether such an award exists. So far online sites have not been part of any competitions that have official basis.	We advertise and sell online thru our website. WE HOLD NO AWARDS.

Scam 5: Most vacation rental online sites will not have a merchant account and insist you send them money directly.
