Please note prices are subject to change without notice. Rate for Lagoon, Ocean and Pool-view condo is based on double occupancy. ( max 4 guests) Rate for Penthouse is based on 4 guests. ( max 6 to 8 guests ) Rate for Villa is based on 8 guests. ( max 10 guests ) There is a $5.00 per night fee for each additional person staying in room. Advance reservations are required with a deposit to hold any condo with the balance due upon check in. A full refund less $200.00 administrative fee will be honored ANYTIME on all cancellations received 30 days in advance of your arrival. You may change your dates of travel 30 days before arrival to avoid losing your deposit fee which is good for 1 year from original reservation. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Master Card, and American Express, thru the certified online "PayPal" service. PayPal is one of the most trusted names in online credit card processing. Your credit card information is never stored by PayPal and subsequently will never fall upon unwanted eyes. You simply make a request for a condo of your choice via our and we will contact you.
