Our "villa" units have spectacular
views of the ocean as they literally sit on the beach. In these
impressive
units there is a full kitchen with dinning area with seating for 8. The villa
units are 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. The villa units have
central air and a large living room.

Penthouse : U$ 239.00 per night
Jumbo Penthouse: U$ 280.00 per night
Ocean Front Studio: U$ 139.00 per night
Lagoon Studio: U$ 90.00 per night

which include cleaning of the condo "EVERY " other day and all taxes . Please
note prices are subject to change without notice.
Rate for Villa is based on 8 guests.
There is a $10.00 per night fee for each additional person staying in room.
*** Maximum of 10 guests in Villa.
Advance
reservations are required with a
deposit to hold any condo with the
balance due upon check in.
A full refund less
$200.00 administrative
fee will be honored
ANYTIME on all
cancellations received 30 days in advance of your
arrival.
You may change your dates of travel
30 days before arrival to avoid losing your deposit fee
which is good for 1 year from original reservation.
Accepted forms
of payment are Visa, Master Card,
and American Express,
thru
the certified online "PayPal" service. PayPal is one of the most trusted names in
online credit card processing. Your credit card information is never stored by
PayPal and subsequently will never fall upon unwanted eyes. You simply make a request for
a condo of your choice via our and we will contact you.
To inquire about the availability of any condo please send
us an e-mail with your dates of travel and the number of guests traveling in your party. Also
include any special comments or special needs you may have during your stay.
